Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase, in original unworn condition, accompanied by the sales receipt. Merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, in original unworn condition, accompanied by the sales receipt. Earrings, special orders, and altered merchandise are not eligible for return/exchange. Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit within 30 days of original purchase. The gift must be in original unworn condition and accompanied by the sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Nuha Jewelers may modify the Conditions of Sale at any time.Do you offer a layaway payment plan?
We offer a 6-month layaway payment plan that requires a monthly payment of at least 10%. A 10% deposit is required at the time the layaway payment plan is initiated. No refunds will be given for items purchased on layaway, however these items may be eligible for exchange or store credit.How long does shipping take?
Please note, that many of our items are custom made, and may have a longer lead time prior to shipping. Expected turnaround time for shipping could be between 2-4 weeks. If a piece is needed sooner, please call us for availability.Do you offer repairs or warranties?
We offer a 3-month warranty covering manufacturers’ defects. This coverage does not include damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, and/or normal wear and tear. We provide onsite services for most repairs.What forms of payment do you offer?
