Items purchased online will be eligible for return or exchange only upon approval. Approvals are dependent on in-store stock and current availability.

Any rush orders, special orders, altered merchandise, personalized items (monograms, nameplates, initial pieces), earrings, and custom orders are final sale and are noteligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels and any associated fees.

Because many of our items are made to order, there may be a longer lead time prior to shipping (4-6 weeks, depending on the piece). If you’re in a rush or need a piece sooner, give us a call or send us a text at (516) 931-3700.

Within the US, Nuha Jewelers ships via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, which typically takes between 2-3 business days.

Items between $2,500 and $5,000 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express, which typically takes either 1 or 2 days.

Items over $5,000 are shipped via UPS.

A signature is required upon delivery. Please note that all pieces are fully insured.

Additionally, please note that shipping charges will not be refunded, as they are the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that return shipments are insured and tracking information is available.

Nuha Jewelers offers a six-month warranty covering manufacturers’ defects. Please note that this coverage does notinclude damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, and/or normal wear and tear.

Nuha Jewelers accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex) and PayPal.

Nuha Jewelers is happy to offer international shipping to our customers.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to buying. We offer a six-month layaway payment plan that requires a monthly payment of at least 10%. A 10% deposit is required at the time the layaway payment plan is initiated. No refunds will be given for items purchased on layaway, however these items may be eligible for exchange or store credit.
